Paisans, which means 'friends' in Italian, holds a special place in our hearts as a symbol of family. It all began in 1985 when Luigi, an immigrant to the United States, established Paisans Pizzeria in a small store in Cicero, Illinois, where he crafted homemade pizzas.

Joining forces with his son Pete, we've continued to grow and develop over the past three decades, upholding the legacy of our famous pizza and award-winning wings. Today, Pete's sons carry forward our cherished family tradition, gaining expertise in every aspect of the business.
